A word from our founder

We need to do more to increase the visibility of female experts, leaders, and speakers. This realisation first struck me in 2013 while working in a heavily male-dominated political environment.

My understanding deepened in 2016 as I built relationships with exceptional female CEOs and reflected on why I didn't know more than a handful of them.

In 2018, while collaborating with leadership expert Tamsin Simounds, I repeatedly observed female leaders hesitant to step forward, highlighting the potential that often remains overlooked or invisible.

I knew then what I still know now: we can't wait for opportunities, we must actively create opportunities for these remarkable women to increase their visibility. This is why I founded The Visibility Project. Evolving from a public relations company into a talent agency and accelerator, we now showcase Australia’s most promising emerging business leaders, engaging speakers, and impressive experts—all women.
